Act Law Courts Daily List

Court lists are available for information and research purposes and may not be copied or distributed in any way for resale or other commercial purposes without the express written permission of the Office of the Chief Justice (for provincial court lists) or the Office of the Supreme Justice (for Supreme Court lists). Court lists may be used for public information and research purposes without permission, provided that the documents are reproduced correctly and the source is acknowledged. These court lists are not official court lists – information can be updated after it is published online. If the court has served you with a subpoena or the court has told you to appear on a hearing date, but your name is not on the court`s published list, you must still appear in court. Since bans can be imposed at any stage of the proceedings, the daily list does not contain details of a ban imposed in court on that day. Note: Files with access restrictions (e.B. for divorce or family law cases involving minors) do not display names and are listed only by file number. Court lists are not archived for civil cases (e.B.

small claims, appeals, etc.). Information on the case can be found at the court registry. Criminal court lists are available daily until 6:30 a.m.m (PST).
